funfolk is: Matt Gray and Phil Harrington

funfolk Matt & Phil's Band is an original folk pop rock duo. We have been co-writing songs for over 20 years.

We write ditties about crushes, Matt's brother Russ, Wonderbras, girlfriends, thingamajigs and other crazy stuff. We mix singable melodies with a modern harmonic influence to create a sound unique yet strangely familiar.

Our music sounds like what ordinary people would write if they had studied music and songwritting for years and years, then only remembered some of it. Our lyrical blend is an attempt to be honest, introspective, and humorous.
